EULITA’s 10th Anniversary Pre-Assembly Conference
10 years after the establishment of EULITA to promote quality in legal interpreting and translation through the recognition of the professional status of legal interpreters and translators, the exchange of information and best practices in training and continuous professional development and the organisation of events on issues such as training, research, professionalism, etc. thus promoting judicial cooperation and mutual trust by the member states in each other’s systems of legal interpreting and translation, this 10th Anniversary Conference aims to examine the face and needs of legal interpreting and translation in changing times, by bringing together trusted practitioners and prominent academics, considering that the changing legal, social and economic conditions demand professionals who can constantly adapt their services to new settings and new conditions.

This conference is addressed to anyone interested in matters of legal translation and interpreting (e.g. translators, interpreters, lawyers, academics, trainers, students, etc.).
